Noah Derksen / Paul Holland

Noah Derksen, an emerging artist of the year in Canadian folk music and a finalist in SiriusXM’s Top of the Country, is a songwriter's songwriter. Hailing from the heart of the Canadian Prairies, Noah has spent years refining his craft across North America and Europe. With his rich and soulful voice, Noah weaves poetry that sounds instantly familiar upon first listen. Noah's new album – Stolen Serenades – is a collection of seven cover songs that have shaped him as a songwriter. Noah also has long, flowing auburn hair and a twinkle in his eye. What's not to love? Paul Holland considers himself part of the international singer-songwriter community, yet his music reaches far beyond the genre’s traditional boundaries. Rooted in US and UK folk, his sound is enriched with shades of soul, jazz, and understated crooning. At the forefront is his strikingly charismatic voice — one that listeners have already likened to artists such as Chris Cornell or Jeff Buckley. The Anglo-German artist has become a sought-after support act for an array of established and internationally touring musicians. His live résumé includes opening slots for Soul Asylum and King Hannah, as well as touring alongside artists such as Jesper Munk, the American roots collective JJ Grey & Mofro, and most recently The White Buffalo on their German tour. Holland released his first EP, Everything, in November 2023, produced by Ralv Milberg. Milberg has also collaborated with him on his forthcoming debut album, which is set to be released in May 2026. In 2025, Holland was named Act of the Month by IN München in January.
