LYINK • Clear Blue Sky • Thee Shirts
In February, the BENEATH THE WAVES WE BREAK Tour 2026 by LYINK will be our guest – together with the Munich bands Clear Blue Sky and Thee Shirts. The music of Lyink can be described as a mix of alternative, metalcore, and emo with a strong emotional core. Their tracks often feature heavy, atmospheric instrumentals paired with introspective and melancholic lyrics. This creates a sound that blends intense energy with moody, reflective undertones. Lyink has the ability to balance aggression and introspection, much like other bands that cross genres between metalcore, emo, and alternative rock. Thee Shirts is a bubble-grunge/post-punk band from Munich that sounds like a cannonball from the 10-meter board in midsummer, a round of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, and the 18+ section of a 90s video store - not for wimps! Thee Shirts are Felix, Leon, and Marcel. Together they form a musical unit that combines melodic elements from surf punk with the brutal sound of grunge. One thing is particularly important to them - not taking anything too seriously! At the concerts of the three musicians, it will be primarily loud and a bit chaotic. With their guitar-heavy sound, they transform every location into a steamy laundry room, and between the mostly humorous lyrics, a bit of social criticism sometimes resonates. Blues elements, driving rhythms, and raw guitar riffs create an uncompromising sound and an atmosphere that invites you to go wild. CLEAR BLUE SKY from the Munich & Augsburg area plays Alternative Rock. But unlike many genre colleagues, Clear Blue Sky not only combines classic pop-punk with parts from the ever-popular cross-over of the 90s/2000s but also breakdown parts that are actually found in the world of metalcore! For keyboardist & instrumental writer Daniel "Didi", however, that's not enough: he adds modern synth sounds to this explosive mix. This style mix, together with the profound lyrics of frontman Simon, defines the band's music. Clear Blue Sky encourages excessive partying as much as contemplating current issues of our world and society. Do you want entertainers who don't take themselves too seriously but fully involve the audience in every show? Music that invites both singing along and pogo dancing? The Clear Blue Sky live show offers exactly that and much more!
